You will need:
- 1/2 cup Natural Organic Peanut Butter
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tbs Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips
- 1/4 Ground Flax Seed
- 1 scoop Protein Powder( I used Whey Protein powder from Robeks!)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Combine all ingredients and mix well :)
- Scoop onto cookie sheet and flatten with a fork.
- Bake for 10-13 minutes or until cookies are just beginning to brown! :)
Now you may enjoy your homemade protein cookie for your post/after workout! :)
All the mix I combined! Flaxseed, which is high in fiber and omega-3, 2 egg whites, protein powder, peanut butter, and chocolate chips!
